Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur charges for processing, material reservation, or logistics already undertaken.
  • Somani will share a cost summary for any applicable deductions prior to closing the cancellation.

Return Eligibility

  • Notify Somani within 48 hours if goods are damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the confirmed specifications.
  • Returns are accepted for sealed reams, cartons, or bundles that remain unused and in original packaging.
  • Evidence such as photographs, delivery challans, and batch numbers may be required to process claims.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-manufactured paper bags, printed materials, and special-order substrates are non-returnable once production has started, except in cases where Somani quality checks confirm manufacturing defects.

Refund Process

  • Once a return is approved, Somani will arrange pickup or request that materials be sent to our warehouse in original condition.
  • Refunds or credit notes are issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Refunds are processed via the same payment mode used for the original transaction unless otherwise requested.

Logistics Responsibilities

If dispatch errors or damages occur under Somani's transport, all reverse logistics charges are borne by Somani Paper House. When customers appoint their own carrier, return freight is at the buyer's cost.
